Q: How long do you work with me on the day of our wedding?
A: We are typically with you for the full day. We will stay until we get the footage we need to finish your video. Usually we leave the reception 15 min. after the last formal activities. If there is an event that will take place later in the evening or any special event in general like a dance routine, please let me know ahead of time so that we can make arrangements in the schedule.
Q: Can we buy the raw footage? How long do you keep a master copy of our video on file?
A: No need! Raw footage is included on a flash drive for all of our packages. We keep a master copy of your completed video on hand for two years after your wedding date. After that time period, we cannot guarantee that we will have your video. We highly recommend to every couple that you download the video from the flash drive onto your computer. Raw footage is kept for a minimum of three months.
Q: How long does it take to finish our video? Can we make changes to the final video?
A: You will receive your FINAL FILM within 60 days. TRAILERS are prepared in a two week time frame. As you saw in my sample videos, they are highly edited. We don’t anticipate the video taking longer than this, but if it does you will be notified immediately following 60 days. We will notify you when the finished video is completed.
Q: How much is your retainer? When do I pay you the remaining balance?
A: The retainer is a non-refundable $150 dollars. This ensures we have marked off your date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than a week before the day of the wedding.
Q: Do you do destination weddings? What about weddings in other states?
A: Umm YEAH! We love to travel… a lot! There are different rates for weddings outside the DMV area. Email us for more details.

A: We have a few! Reach out and I will give you a short list of great photographers I recommend.
Q: How do I get the films?
A: The trailers are posted on the website and the link will be sent. Final films are sent via mail.
